French Toast Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 stick of butter
  • 1 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 cup milk
  • 1 loaf of white bread

Directions:

  1. Pre-Heat Oven to 350°
  2. Melt butter, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla; make a paste and spread over bottom of a 9x12 baking dish.
  3. Cut crust off the bread, layer two slices of the break and fill in the sidles.
  4. Beat the eggs and milk and pour of the bread.
  5. Bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Drizzle with maple syrup and run under the broiler until brown and bubbly.
