Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1/8 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tbsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Whisk eggs until frothy.
  2. Add all other ingredients except bread. Whisk together well.
  3. Heat griddle over medium heat.
  4. Dip both sides of bread in egg mixture and place on griddle.
  5. Turn after a few minutes.
  6. Continue turning until desired doneness is reached.
