Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 5 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • 1/8 tsp vanilla
  • 1/8 tsp cinnamon

Directions:

  1. Slice the bread in to thick slices. Our load makes about 8 to 10 slices. Mix all other ingredients in a bowl. Dip slices in and cook on a low griddle. I use an electric griddle and keep it at 250 degrees. It takes a little longer, but it cooks it well! Sometimes I serve it with cream cheese and strawberries - yum!
