French Onion Beef Stew

Ingredients:

  • 500 g lean beef
  • 1 cup red wine
  • 3 cups beef stock
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 tsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Brown off bacon chunks and cubed beef.
  2. Add onions and sugar and soften for ten minutes.
  3. Sprinkle flour
  4. Add liquids
  5. Cook at 180 c for ages, until beef is completely tender and lovely.
