French Dip Roast

Ingredients:

  • 4 -6 lbs roast
  • 1 tbsp garlic salt
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 tbsp dried onion

Directions:

  1. Place roase in crockpot with all ingredients.
  2. Cook on low 8-10 hours.
  3. Slice meat and serve on hoagie style buns.
  4. Pour strained broth into individual cups for dipping.
