Ingredients:

  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 3 tbsp salt
  • 3 tbsp yeast
  • 6 cups flour

Directions:

  1. Put water, sugar and yeast in bowl.
  2. Add flour and salt.
  3. Knead for 10 minutes until smooth and silky.
  4. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until hollow sounding thud when tapped.
