  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cups flour

  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 12 tsp yeast
  • 2 tbsp corn meal

  2. Stir in the rest of the dry ingredients except for the flour.
  3. With a dough hook, start adding the flour until the consitency is that of a ball and it pulls away from the edges of the bowl.
  4. Remove the ball from the mixing bowl, knead it a few times and then divide into 2
  5. Place each of the 2 sections of dough onto 2 lightly greased baking tins. Press it flat (in the center of the pan) and put in the fridge to rest.
  6. When the dough has chilled (at least 30 mins) take the pans out and press the dough flat till it covers the whole pan. Make sure to press some nice edges around the outside of the dough.
  7. Top it with sauce, cheese and toppings and cook in an oven at 450 for 10 mins. If you want a browner bottom, set the pan on the bottom of the oven without a rack for the last 2 mins.
