Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 3 tsp salt
  • 1 1/4 oz yeast
  • 7 cups flour

Directions:

  1. Mix boiling water and corn meal
  2. Let cool.
  3. Add sugar
  4. And salt
  5. And enough flour to make a batter
  6. Add yeast
  7. Beat 5 minutes
  8. Add more flour to make a soft dough
  9. Let rise 1 /12 hours i would let rise until at least double
  10. Make into rolls let rise again until double
  11. Bake 374
  12. 20 -25 minutes.
