Freezer Pops (Popsicles) With Freezer Jam Pectin

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup fresh fruit
  • 1/4-1/3 cup honey or 1/4-1/3 cup sugar or 1/4-1/3 cup splenda sugar
  • 1 tbsp fruit jell freezer jam pectin
  • popsicle molds

Directions:

  1. In a medium bowl, combine fruit puree, fruit juice and honey until mixed.
  2. Add 1 rounded T of the pectin and stir for 3 minutes.
  3. Pour mixture into popsicle molds. If using wooden sticks, wait 5 minutes and then insert sticks.
  4. Freeze until solid (8-12 hours).
