Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dissolve cornflour in 2 tbsps. water and soya sauce. Keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
  3. Add green chilli and garlic.
  4. Saute for 2 minutes.
  5. Toss in mushrooms and salt.
  6. Saute for 4 minutes.
  7. Stir in the cornflour mixture.
  8. Saute for 3 minutes till the sauce coats the mushrooms.
  9. Add spring onion greens.
  10. Mix thoroughly to combine.
  11. Sprinkle chilli powder.
  12. Serve hot.
