Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Mix milk, oil, and egg in smaller bowl.
  3. Mix liquid into dry ingredients.
  4. Make 4 inch pancakes into a small amount of oil in regular pan.
  5. Cook until golden brown.
  6. Serve with butter and syrup or your favorite topping.
