Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp lard
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Put dry ingredients in a bowl, cut lard into flour mix until it resembles course meal, add iced water until it all comes together as a pliable dough. allow to rest for a minimum of 15 minutes. cut dough into portions and roll. cook on a hot pan until blisters appear. keep the cooked tortillas warm under a kitchen cloth until all dough has been used.
