Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut open avocado and remove pit.(you can grow the pit in a cup of water... just stick toothpicks in to keep half of it out of the water)
  2. Add all the other ingredients and mash with either a potato masher or fork, depending upon how smooth or chunky you like.
  3. You can also add fresh tomatoes if you like(drain them on a paper towel first)
  4. Serve with chips, pitas, or just a spoon!
  5. OOO! * I chill my avocado about an hour or two beforehand.*
