Ingredients:

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 cup splenda granular
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Whisk eggs with butter. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into greased muffin tin. Bake in 400 degree oven for 15-17 minutes.
