Ingredients:

  • 1 lb carrot, peeled,sliced ,boiled until tender
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Drain and mash carrots until fluffy.
  2. Add other ingredients.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Pour into greased casserole dish.
  5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
