Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups apple juice
  • 1/2 cup ice cube
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup ice cube

Directions:

  1. Spiced Apple Simple Syrup: Bring sugar, apple juice, and apple pie spice to a boil in a saucepan. Cook 2 minutes or until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat,
  2. And stir in ice cubes; freeze 20 minutes.
  3. Cranberry-Orange Simple Syrup: Bring sugar, cranberries, orange juice, and water to a boil in a medium saucepan. Cook 2 minutes or until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, and pour through a wire-mesh strainer, pressing berries with back of a spoon. Discard solids. Stir in ice cubes; freeze 20 minutes.
