Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup hot water
  • 1/4 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Stir 1/3 cup hot water into 1/4 cup sugar. Heat until dissolved.
  2. Strain petals.
  3. Cool quickly with 1/2 cup ice cubes.
  4. When dissolved sprinkle over each cake layer before spreading on the filling.
