Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel potatoes and quarter then boil in water until soft and drain well.
  2. Mash potatoes then mix in the cream cheese and sour cream.
  3. Continue mashing and mixing until potatoes are fluffy.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. To serve place potatoes in a greased casserole dish and dot with butter.
  6. Cover and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
