Father's Day Potato Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Remove eyes from potatoes and cup up into desired size chunks.
  2. Place in a sauce pan and cover with water.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Cook until soft but do not over cook.
  5. Drain potatoes and let cool.
  6. Add Mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, hot sauce, sugar, salt and sweet pickle relish.
  7. Mix well.
  8. Chop dill pickles, celery, radishes, olives, parsley and green onions.
  9. Mix into salad.
  10. Chill for atleast one hour before serving.
