Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. If using frozen fish, thaw in refrigerator overnight.
  2. Cut fish into 1-inch pieces.
  3. Add fish, potatoes, carrots& onion to boiling water in large saucepan.
  4. Cover& simmer until potatoes are just tender, about 10 minutes.
  5. Drain.
  6. Mix flour with 2 T water until smooth.
  7. Stir into milk.
  8. Add milk mixture, salt and pepper to fish mixture in saucepan.
  9. Cook, stirring gently, until thickened.
