Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash fish feles and marinade with salt& black pepper
  2. In anon stick pan sautee oninos,ginger .
  3. When turning to golden add garlic& bellpeppers,chili stir for 1minute
  4. Add fish feles and turn once only.leaving it for-a maximumof 2minutes.
  5. Wash rice thouroughly untill water comes out clear.
  6. Fill asauce pan with boiled water,wait till bubbles show ,then add rice.
  7. Check if rice almost done by breaking one rice in your hand ( be sure that is not totally done!)
  8. Take away rice from stove and get rid of exess water
  9. Back to your sauce pan :put half the rice in the bottom
  10. Follow that by the fish& sautee on top of it
  11. Ending with rice on top of them all
  12. Make ahole in the middle of rice
  13. Pour milk saaffarron mixture in
  14. Coverlid,leave to simmer on avery low heat for 15-20 min(depending on quality and how old is your rice!!)
  15. Open lid
  16. Put a round casserole the same size or slightly larger than your sauce pan
  17. With both hands hold on the bottom of sauce pan, casserole and turn upsidedown your pot..
  18. Now slightly arrange the rice .enjoy ..
