Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, green pepper, jalapeño & onion; set aside.
  2. Combine the next seven ingredients in a saucepan; bring to a boil and boil for 1 minute.
  3. Pour over vegetables.
  4. Let stand until mixture comes to room temperature.
  5. Stir in cucumbers.
  6. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  7. Drain before serving.
