Fire and Ice Marinickles (No Canning Marinated Pickles)

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain jalapeno and pickle brines into a saucepan.
  2. Stir in your sugar or Splenda.
  3. Bring mixture to a boil.
  4. Pour hot brine over sliced pickles and jalapenos in a heat-safe bowl.
  5. Allow mixture to cool to room temperature.
  6. Stir pickles until they are well mixed with the sweet pickles and pack into jars.
  7. Cover with sweetened brine.
  8. Refrigerate about 1 week, then serve as desired.
