Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. (I chose to add a few drops of tobassco to the eggs mixture for a little added zest).
  2. Slice eggs in half lengthwise, remove yolks and set whites aside.
  3. In a small bowl, mash yolks with cheese, mayonnaise, salsa, onion, sour cream and salt.
  4. Evenly fill the egg whites.
  5. Lightly sprinkle with paprika if desired.
  6. Chill until ready to serve.
