  1. Melt butter in pan.
  2. Add cream, bring to boil, simmer 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
  3. Add cheese, salt & pepper, turn off heat, and stir until smooth consistency.
  4. Cook noodles, drain, toss in sauce.
  5. Serve with extra grated cheese and green onion for garnish.
