Feta Cheese in Olive Oil

Ingredients:

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp mixed herbs (i.e basil, oregano)
  • 7 tbsp olive oil
  • pepper (ground fresh if possible)

Directions:

  1. Cut Feta in to about 1/2 inch squares.
  2. Cut onions.
  3. Mince garlic.
  4. Add olive oil.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Blend everything.
  7. Chill for 2 hours.
  8. This is perfect for baguettes, or any other bread.
