Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash and slice mushrooms, at least 1/2 inch thick (or quarters).
  2. Heat olive oil in a non stick sautee pan.
  3. Add mushrooms and allow to brown, before stirring or moving pan.
  4. Once mushrooms have browned nicely, season with salt and pepper and serve.
