Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup applesauce
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp clove
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ginger

Directions:

  1. Spray cookie sheet with Pam cooking spray.
  2. Bake at 375* for 10 minutes.
