Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil celery in small amount of water (maybe 1 inch) of slightly salted water.
  2. Drain
  3. Mix celery, water chestnuts, soup, pimento and curry in a sprayed or buttered 2 quart casserole
  4. Mix melted butter and potato chips and spread on top
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes
