Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta as directed on package.
  2. Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet on medium heat. Add onion, garlic, carrots, red pepper and frozen peas. Cook gently for 5 minutes or until tender. Add flour and cook for 3 minutes.
  3. Stir in Evaporated milk and tomato sauce. Bring to a boil, add chicken and cook until heated through. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in cheese until melted.
  4. This is not recommended for freezing,.
