Fall Sausage Skillet Dinner

  1. Mix the honey, cider vinegar and mustard in a bowl until well blended.
  2. Slice the sausage and add to a medium heat skillet.
  3. Pour sauce over and sprinkle with onion.
  4. Add sliced potatoes and apples.
  5. Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender.
