Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, throw in the mince, onion, both capsicums and Old El Paso Original Smoky BBQ Fajita Spice Mix, Mix well then use your hands to make 8 little balls, and then flatten them into 8 small burgers.
  2. Heat the oil on grill pan and cook burger on medium heat.for 5-6 minutes each side until thoroughly cooked through.
  3. Serve with green salad ,Soft Flour Tortillas or burger bun.
