Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine the flour, baking soda, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Grate the cheese, then combine by hand until all the cheese is covered.
  4. This will seem like you've put in too much cheese and not enough flour, but keep going.
  5. Whisk together the milk and egg.
  6. Add to the cheese/flour mixture.
  7. Then add the melted butter, stir until just mixed.
  8. Spoon into greased muffin pan and bake for 20 minutes.
