Ingredients:

  • 5 eggs
  • 1 -2 tsp salt
  • 9 tbsp grits , corn (top full ,you also can put cornmeal instead of corn )
  • 200 ml yogurt
  • 200 ml oil

Directions:

  1. Mix eggs, yogurt and oil in big bowl.
  2. In another bowl, mix flour, corn grits, baking powder and salt.
  3. Combine dry and wet ingredients and finally add cheese.
  4. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full.
  5. Bake 30-35 minutes at 480°F (250°C).
