Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil potatoes until fork tender.
  2. Drain and place into an 8 x 8 (2 qt.) shallow baking pan.
  3. Mix garlic, onion, heavy cream, cream cheese, and butter in a large bowl and spread evenly over potatoes.
  4. Top with pepper, paprika, and cheese.
  5. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 25 minutes.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!
