Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash and boil potatoes till done,
  2. Rinse with cold water to stop cooking process,
  3. Let sit til cool enough to handle,
  4. Cut potatoes in half and put in large bowl,
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and mix gentle,
  6. Add garlic and parsley and the rest of the seasonings,
  7. Spray a cookie sheet and put potatoes on it cut side up
  8. Sprinkle with parmisain cheese and Hungarian paprika
  9. Salt and pepper.
  10. Place under the broiler till golden on tops of potatoes
  11. Keep an eye on them so they don't burn.
  12. You can also use kosher salt if desired, but make sure there is enough on there .
