Ingredients:

  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2/3 cup seeds and/ or nuts ( pumpkin, sunflower, pistachio, chopped nuts)

Directions:

  1. To a bowl add peanut butter and honey.
  2. Mix very well.
  3. Add rest of ingredients.
  4. Chill well before serving
  5. Eat with fork from dessert bowl or as a family free-for-all.
