Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups cachaca (brazilian rum), or white rum
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp simple syrup, (equal amounts sugar and water heated until sugar dissolves), cool
  • 3 cups crushed ice

Directions:

  1. Combine rum, pineapple juice, lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into a cocktail glass over crushed ice. Garnish with pineapple wedge.
