Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop red and yellow peppers and pickled jalapenos finely or food process.
  2. Wash and Peel Potatoes.
  3. Put in Large pot of water and boil until potatoes are soft.
  4. Drain potatoes.
  5. Return to pot.
  6. Use potato masher to smash potatoes until there are no visible lumps.
  7. Add: 2 Tblsp. butter, 1/2 cup half and half, jalapeno juice, pepper, Splenda, brown sugar, jalapenos, red and yellow peppers, salt, and chili powder, to pot.
  8. Beat with mixer for 1and1/2 minutes (or until perfectly creamy and smooth).
  9. Return to stove top.
  10. At a medium to low heat and add the other 1/2 cup of half and half and the last Tblsp of margarine.
  11. Mix for 30 seconds.
  12. Top with cheese and cover for 3 minutes.
  13. Enjoy.
