Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine all dry ingredients well
  2. Add blueberries and raisins; combine well
  3. Add eggs and oil
  4. Add the water
  5. Stir until all is well mixed
  6. Preheat oven at 350*F
  7. Prepare muffin pans with cooking spray
  8. Fill each section of pans at least 2/3 full
  9. Bake for 15v minutes, or until golden brown
  10. Served hot or cold, these make an excellent snack. or a great side with breakfast :+D
