Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spray a grill pan with nonstick spray.
  2. Cube up the deli meat.
  3. Place tortilla into grill pan and sprinkle cheese over half the tortilla, then add cubed meat and the jalapeno's (if using).
  4. Fold tortilla in half to cover the cheese so you have a half moon.
  5. Grill on both sides till browned, crispy and heated thru.
  6. Serve with salsa.
