Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup red pepper
  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 3 tbsp salsa

Directions:

  1. Either grill or quickly sautee the vegetables (microwave will do just fine)
  2. Fry your egg white over minimal oil or just on a non stick frying pan
  3. Heat tortilla
  4. Put egg on tortilla, followed by vegetables and salsa
  5. Wrap it up and enjoy
