Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners.
  3. Mix dry ingredients together. Combine egg, eggnog and oil and blend into dry ingredients.
  4. Stir in nuts and cherries.
  5. Spoon into muffin cups, 2/3 full
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until tested done.
  7. Makes one dozen
