  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Combine egg, eggnog and oil, and gently blend into dry ingredients. Stir in walnuts and cherries.
  3. Spoon into greased or paper lined muffin cups.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Makes 12 large muffins.
