Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup onion
  • 1/4 cup green pepper
  • 3 tbsp salsa

Directions:

  1. Chop onion and pepper.
  2. Spray pan and saute onion and pepper 3 minutes.
  3. Add scrambled egg whites and cook till done.
  4. Top with salsa
