Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp egg white
  • 1/2 cup peppers
  • 1/3 cup salsa

Directions:

  1. Heat skillet
  2. Add peppers and any other veggies
  3. When hot, add egg whites
  4. Turn heat to low and cover until cooked.
  5. Eat with salsa
