  1. Eggs
  2. T. Mayo
  3. T. fresh dill
  4. T. minced chives
  5. T. dijon mustard
  6. Salt and pepper to taste
  7. Bib lettuce leaves
  8. Spears English cucumbers
  9. Boil eggs in waterfor 10 minutes. Peel cooled eggs under cold running water. Chop eggs with pastry blender or fork. Stir in mayo, dill, chives, dijon and salt and pepper. Dived egg salad and cucumber spears among lettuce leaves.
