Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup lettuce
  • 1/2 cup cucumber

Directions:

  1. Boil one medium size egg to your liking. I like it a bit soft so I add it to boiling water for about 2 minute. Once boiled, let it cool.
  2. Quarter your tomato and boiled egg.
  3. Chop you cumber and lettuce into bite sizes.
  4. Add your chopped and diced ingredient to a bowl with the olives.
  5. Add a pitch of salt and mix.
  6. That?s it, Enjoy!
