Egg and Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put the vegetable oil in a small skillet.
  2. Once the oil begins to bubble, crack egg into skillet.
  3. Break the yolk a little so the sandwich isn't runny.
  4. Toast the bread while the egg is cooking.
  5. Flip the egg over when cooked to desired consistency.
  6. Put toast on plate when done, add cheese so it melts and put egg on top.
  7. Put the other slice of bread on top and cut in half if desired.
  8. Enjoy!
