Easy Wine and Apple Roasted Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

  • 350 g pork
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 230 g red wine

Directions:

  1. Mix salt, pepper and garlic powder
  2. Rub them on pork
  3. Mix the rest except gravy powder and pour over pork
  4. Bake 350F for 45 minutes
  5. Take out the pork, throw out the apple and red onion, reserve the liquid
  6. Pour the liquid in the pan and heat
  7. Add gravy mix
